Does this work with our existing Counterpoint database?
Yes. The mobile workflows read and write to your Counterpoint POS data, so items, purchase orders, customers, locations and orders come from the system you already run.
What hardware does the team use?
Rugged handheld scanners are the common choice for warehouse and receiving work. Device selection depends on scan range, drop rating and shift length, and we walk through those tradeoffs with you during the discovery session.
Can we count inventory without closing the store?
Yes. Cycle counting by aisle, bin, vendor or category lets you count continuously during normal operating hours rather than shutting down for a full physical count.
Do Shopify orders appear in the same fulfillment queue?
Yes. With the POS Highway Shopify integration, online orders enter Counterpoint POS and are picked, verified and released alongside wholesale and counter orders.
