How does CPKiosk work?
Custom Slash Screen
The splash screen that your customers encounter at the self-service kiosk is designed to your preferences. Customize the screen to your brand colors, choose an image (or images) to showcase your products or specials, and allow customers to select their language at the point of sale.
Our kiosks support multi-language options, allowing your customer to select another language. Any additional languages would be enabled with another button directly on the kiosk screen. All subsequent buttons on the scanning screen and payment screen are translated to the selected language.
Your customers can use the touchscreen or barcode to ring up items. As they scan their items, taxes are automatically calculated, promotions can be applied, and they can enter manual barcodes if necessary. An instructional video clip is displayed to demonstrate how to scan their items.
Once the customer rings up their products, they simply select their method of payment, insert or swipe their card, and are good to go. Self-service kiosks do not accept cash payment. The customer is then provided with their receipt and are good to go!
