Supply Chain and Distribution Management System
All aspects of your inbound and outbound logistics are manageable through our powerful system and its tools. Wholesale businesses can operate as a distributor, wholesaler, and retailer -separately or simultaneously; therefore it is important the software be versatile and customizable.
Counterpoint has all the ingredients wholesalers and distributors need to track their inventory, manage their vendors, and even sell their goods online. The system is able to manage your logistics chain between multiple warehouses, store locations, and channels.
Inventory Tracking System
Review, track, and input detailed product information on the fly. Access detailed records of each piece of merchandise, from when it was received, at what cost, which customer eventually bought it, at what time and what price, and product warranty information.
Real-time inventory data looks at on-hand quantities, estimated costs, and total retail value for each item, as well as the percentage-to-total ratios for these values.

Purchase Order Automation
On the flip-side, you can automate your purchasing through Counterpoint as well. Email purchase orders to vendors directly from Counterpoint
Calculate quantities to reorder based on current inventory levels, commitments, back-orders, in-transit merchandise, open PO’s, desired stocking levels, vendor multiples, and/or vendor minimum order requirements.
Return to Vendors (RTVs) may be entered, reviewed, and posted to record the return of faulty or incorrectly shipped merchandise to a vendor. RTVs reduce on-hand inventory, and may also be vouchered into Accounts Payable to record credits with a vendor.
